PM to Visit Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan for High-Level Talks

Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will begin an important multi-nation visit to Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan starting tomorrow. The visit aims to strengthen Pakistan’s ties with these friendly countries and explore avenues for enhanced cooperation in various sectors.

During the tour, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold wide-ranging talks with the leadership of all four countries. Discussions will focus on bilateral relations as well as pressing regional and international issues. The visit is expected to further deepen mutual understanding and promote shared goals across political, economic, and security domains.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also use the opportunity to convey Pakistan’s heartfelt gratitude for the support these nations extended during the recent crisis with India. This gesture of solidarity from Pakistan’s regional partners has been widely appreciated at all levels of government and society.

In Tajikistan, the Prime Minister will participate in the International Conference on Glaciers being held in Dushanbe. His attendance underscores Pakistan’s commitment to climate diplomacy and regional cooperation in tackling the serious challenges posed by climate change, particularly in the high mountain regions.
