Shaza Fatima Khawaja Arrives in Moscow to Attend International Technology Conference
Moscow: Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja arrived in Moscow on Monday to participate in the 2nd International Technology Conference, being held from September 16 to 18 at the Patriot Expo in the Moscow region.
The high-profile event brings together over 500 speakers and more than 200 companies from 30 countries. Minister Khawaja will represent Pakistan as a speaker at the international plenary session titled “Digital Compass of the SCO-Partner Dialogue: Course on Trusted Technologies.”
During her visit, she is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with Mr. Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Trade and Investment of the Russian Federation, and Mr. Maksut Igorevich Shadaev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
She will also address the main plenary session, “Industry Code: The Role of New Industrial Technologies in Improving Labor Productivity,” highlighting Pakistan’s perspective on the adoption of emerging technologies for sustainable economic growth.
