Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Leaves for Riyadh on State Visit
Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday left for Riyadh on a state visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in a move expected to deepen bilateral ties and expand cooperation across multiple sectors.
Accompanied by a high-powered delegation including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Climate Change Minister Musadik Malik, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, the premier’s visit underscores the significance Islamabad attaches to its partnership with Riyadh.
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz will hold a bilateral meeting with the Crown Prince to review the full spectrum of Pakistan,Saudi Arabia relations. The two leaders will also exchange views on pressing regional and global developments of mutual concern.
