Dr. Musab Yousufi is Head of Department and Assistant Dean (RIPP–ORIC) at the Riphah Institute of Public Policy, Riphah International University, Islamabad, and a Founding Member of Global Diplomacy Lens Monthly. His academic and research expertise spans International Relations, Comparative Socio-Political Philosophy, Religion, al-Siyāsah al-Sharʿīyah (Islamic Political Theory), and Islamic and Western Political Thought.

He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on themes including post-9/11 terrorism, peace and security, Islamic political theory, the Afghan war, and the strategic interests of major powers in Central Asia. He is also the editor of a book on CPEC. Dr. Musab has conducted research projects and contributed as a resource person to numerous national and international seminars and conferences, covering topics such as radicalism in India, national educational dialogue, peace in South Asia, NATO withdrawal, and the future of Pak-Afghan and Central Asian relations.

His teaching interests include Research Methods, Philosophy, Pakistan Studies, Political Science, Theories of International Relations, International Politics & Terrorism, as well as Islamic and Western Political Thought. Dr. Musab brings a young and dynamic approach to academia, emphasizing the integration of Islamic knowledge into contemporary social sciences, particularly Political Science and International Relations. He advocates for incorporating Islamic governance models into modern university curricula, with the long-term vision of contributing to policy and state-level implementation.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Musab has held multiple leadership roles in reputed institutions, combining academic expertise with administrative and operational experience. His organizational skills have supported the successful execution of national and international seminars and conferences. Through his lectures, seminars, and publications, he continues to enrich contemporary scholarship in global politics, international relations, integration of knowledge, and political and social philosophy.
