Islamabad: The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Zaabi, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between Pakistan and the UAE across various sectors.
The two dignitaries also deliberated on resolving visa-related issues faced by Pakistani nationals. Ambassador Al Zaabi informed the Deputy Prime Minister about measures being undertaken by the UAE to streamline the visa process. He highlighted efforts to bolster human resources within the system, which are expected to significantly reduce delays and expedite visa approvals.
Senator Ishaq Dar appreciated the UAE’s initiatives and emphasized the importance of facilitating travel for Pakistani citizens to strengthen bilateral ties further.
