Islamabad : Cadets from the Pakistan Naval Academy achieved remarkable success at the 79th International Sailing Competition in Brazil, securing the second position and winning a silver medal. The competition featured participants from nine countries, showcasing the exceptional skills and determination of the Pakistani team.
The championship, held on J-24 class sailing boats, included teams from Brazil, Italy, China, Colombia, Portugal, Argentina, Peru, and India. This accomplishment marks the second consecutive success for the Pakistan Naval Academy cadets in international sailing events over the past three months, highlighting their consistent performance on the global stage.
Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf extended his congratulations to the cadets for their outstanding achievement. Their performance not only reflects their dedication and hard work but also serves as a testament to the high standards of professional training at the Pakistan Navy.
