The Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Pakistan, Mr. Cheng Peng, visited the SilkRoad Culture Centre (SRCC) in Islamabad. Mr. Jamal Shah, Chairman of SRCC, warmly received him upon arrival and escorted him through the center’s facilities, where Mr. Cheng appreciated the diverse initiatives aimed at strengthening cultural ties between Pakistan and China.
Following the tour, a constructive meeting was held to discuss mutual cultural interests and explore future opportunities for collaboration. The conversation highlighted the deep-rooted heritage and enduring friendship shared by both nations.
As a symbol of goodwill, Mr. Cheng presented a stunning painting featuring vibrant red and green flowers, representing the flourishing partnership between Pakistan and China. The SRCC remains dedicated to serving as a cultural bridge, fostering exchange and nurturing ties that honor the past while envisioning a bright future.
