Riyadh: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has arrived in Riyadh for an official visit to Saudi Arabia. Upon his arrival, he was warmly received by Saudi Minister of State for Interior Khaled Mohammed Abdullah Al-Battal. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Farooq, was also present at the airport to welcome him.
During his visit, Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with Khaled Mohammed Abdullah Al-Battal. The two dignitaries discussed matters of mutual interest and the longstanding ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Minister Naqvi extended congratulations to the Saudi leadership and people on securing the hosting rights for the FIFA World Cup 2034. He expressed his best wishes for Saudi Arabia in organizing the global football event.
“Saudi Arabia is our trusted friend, and Pakistan takes pride in this bond. We are always met with great love and sincerity here,” remarked Mohsin Naqvi. He also praised Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030, calling it a “historic initiative for progress and prosperity.”
Meanwhile, Saudi Minister of State for Interior reaffirmed the close relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, underscoring the depth of their bilateral ties.
