Islamabad : Lieutenant Commander Syed Muhammad Arsalan of the Pakistan Navy was conferred with the prestigious Golden Owl Award at the graduation ceremony of Sri Lanka Defence Services Command and Staff College in Colombo. The award, presented by Sri Lanka’s Deputy Defence Minister Maj Gen (R) Paruna Jayasekera, recognized him as the best foreign naval officer among representatives from 15 countries, underscoring the professional excellence of Pakistan’s naval officers.
The achievement highlights the robust training standards and exceptional competence of Pakistan’s Armed Forces, which have consistently been acknowledged at international forums. The Pakistan Navy’s commitment to producing highly skilled officers capable of excelling in diverse professional environments was further reinforced by this recognition.
