Pakistan Embassy in France Observes Kashmir Solidarity Day
PARIS: The Embassy of Pakistan in France organized a special event today to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day, reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people in their struggle for self-determination.
Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch strongly condemned Indian occupation and oppression in Jammu and Kashmir. She rejected attempts to misrepresent the Kashmiri freedom movement, emphasizing that it is a peaceful and legitimate struggle rooted in United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions.
The ambassador urged India to take concrete and meaningful steps toward the full implementation of UNSC resolutions on the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
She also lauded the Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora in France for their continued efforts in highlighting the Kashmir cause on international platforms.
