Pabbi: The Pakistan-Russia Joint Exercise Druzhba-VII, a two-week bilateral counter-terrorism exercise, commenced on October 13, 2024, at the National Counter Terrorism Centre in Pabbi. Light Commando Troops from the Pakistan Army and a Russian military contingent are participating in the exercise. The opening ceremony was presided over by the Commandant of the National Counter Terrorism Centre as the Chief Guest.
The joint exercise is designed to enhance professional skills through rigorous joint training and to further strengthen the longstanding military-to-military ties between Pakistan and Russia.
