Saudi Shoura Council Delegation Arrives in Islamabad Today to Strengthen Parliamentary Cooperation

Islamabad: A high-level delegation of the Saudi Shoura Council, led by its Speaker Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, will arrive in Islamabad today to enhance bilateral parliamentary cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

In a statement ahead of the visit, Speaker Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh underscored the deep-rooted and strategic relations between the two brotherly countries. He expressed confidence that the visit would help open new avenues for collaboration between the Saudi Shoura Council and Pakistan’s National Assembly and Senate.

During the visit, Speaker Al Sheikh is scheduled to hold official talks with National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and meet several senior Pakistani officials. The discussions will focus on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations and exploring ways to further deepen bilateral ties in diverse fields.
